Here at JDP we pride ourselves in our investments. We investment in multiple businesses. We invest in OTC stocks up to NYSE stocks. We look for undervalued companies that have real operations and we start off with a small stake in the company. Once we see the company increasing in value we take a much larger stake in a company.
We also invest in Real Estate. We invest in single family home rentals, apartment complexes and commercial real estate. We are interested in other individuals or businesses in partnering with us in our real estate ventures.
